the booking system

HWV.ro offers tourism service providers an online platform dedicated to listing and promoting accommodation units, thus facilitating access to platform users interested in making reservations.
The online booking service provided through HWV.ro is free for travelers, allowing them to contact service providers directly and finalize their reservation based on the information available on the platform.
When a user makes a reservation through HWV.ro, they enter into a direct contract with the service provider (Host) and make the payment directly to them, according to the conditions set by the
provider. HWV.ro does not mediate payments and is not a party to the contractual relationship between the two parties.
Contractual Relationship with Service Providers
Service providers promote their accommodation units based on a prepaid subscription, chosen according to their needs from the available options on the platform. Subscriptions are available for 6 or 12 months and must be paid at the time of listing the unit on HWV.ro.
In case of non-payment of financial obligations, HWV.ro reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the service provider's listing from the platform without prior notice.
Features and Filtering Options
HWV.ro provides users with advanced filtering options to facilitate the search for suitable accommodations. The available criteria include price ranges, accommodation type, amenities,
facilities, and house rules.
Additionally, users can customize the order of displayed results based on their preferences by selecting one of the following options: Our Recommendations, Lowest Price, or Highest Price.
Priority Promotion for Service Providers
Service providers have the option to choose priority promotion, allowing their listings to stand out from others on the platform. These listings are distinctly labeled and marked to ensure higher visibility among users.
Information Management by Providers
All information displayed on the platform, including descriptions, amenities, prices, and availability, is entered and updated exclusively by the service providers through the extranet platform, which they have continuous access to. Providers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and updating of this information.

1. Reservations

- How do I make a reservation on Hwv.ro
After finding the right accommodation, you will have access to the host's or administrator's contact details on the listing page, including a phone number, the option to communicate via WhatsApp, or, if available, direct and instant booking through the property's official website or other platforms where the unit can be reserved.

- Can I save a unit to book later?
Yes! In your user account, there is a Favorites/Wishlist section where you can save as many locations as you want. You can review and analyze them at any time.

- How can I show other people a location I discovered on the site?
Each listing includes a share option, allowing you to copy and send the link individually or share it via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, or SMS.
2. Cancellations

- How do I cancel a reservation?
Since HWV.ro only provides access to the host's contact details, cancellations must be made directly with the property owner or administrator, in accordance with their terms and conditions as published on the platform or as agreed upon at the time of booking.

- Will I pay a fee if a reservation is canceled?
A cancellation fee will only apply if the booking/cancellation policy states so or if this was communicated by the owner or administrator at the time of booking.

You can find cancellation policy details in the Policies section on the property's page on the website unless you have agreed otherwise directly with the accommodation provider.
3. Payment

- What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made directly to the accommodation provider using the methods agreed upon with them.
4. Booking dates

- How do I get an invoice?
To request an invoice for your paid reservation, please contact the accommodation provider directly.

- Can I make changes to a reservation?
Reservation modifications can only be made by directly contacting the accommodation provider and must comply with their established conditions.

- How can I make sure the reservation is secure?
After logging into your account, after you receive the booking confirmation by email or SMS, you will have the opportunity to talk to the owner through an internal chat, to make sure that everything is in accordance with what you requested. You can also contact us anytime for support.
5. Prices

- Are there any taxes included in the price of the stay?
There are no hidden fees in the stay price. Rates are set exclusively by the accommodation provider. If additional service fees apply, they will be communicated directly by the owner.

- Are the prices shown per room or per unit?
The displayed rates are for the entire accommodation unit unless otherwise specified.

The price includes all facilities of the unit unless stated otherwise. These details are also mentioned in the property description.

- Do I pay commission to HWV?
No! Using our services is completely free for travelers!
6. Property policies

- What are the check-in and check-out times of the accommodation?
This information is available in the "Policies" section of each property or can be communicated directly by the owner.

- I will arrive sooner / later than the time stipulated in the unit's policy. What happens?
In such cases, you must contact the property to inform them and obtain the necessary details. Failure to notify may, in some cases, be considered a no-show.
