Terms and conditions de utilizare


Your use of the Platform states confirmation that you understand and agree to these Terms in their entirety. The Platform may only be used if you accept the Terms and Conditions as presented, either by checking the appropriate check-box on the Platform or simply by using the Platform.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes to them, we will publish the updated version on the Platform and will inform you accordingly, prior to the intervention of any change, by e-mail and/or by displaying a notice to that effect on the Platform.

General considerations


Our mission is to create and develop a community interested towards national tourism, to offer the possibility to all those interested to experience and rediscover Romanian tourism in a current form, having available new and comprehensive information. In this sense, we want to bring together in this process, enthusiasts of travel and unique tourist experiences, as customers, and owners/managers of tourist units, as service providers. To achieve this goal, we will follow these best practices:

  • We provide our platform and customer service.
  • We promise to always follow the selection criteria of the partners and to constantly improve them, so that we promote accommodation and experiences of the best quality.
  • We address people everywhere, which is why the platform is bilingual – English and Romanian.
  • We provide a modern site, easy to use and with competitive prices.
  • We provide to those who need, with a section with frequently asked questions and the answer to them, and in case you want additional information, you can write to us at any time at the email address [email protected].
  • Those who experience the services we provide on our platform, will be able to give feedbacks/ reviews about them and we will publish them, as long as they respect decent language.

Terms and conditions

1. Definitions


"Hwv.ro", "we", "our" means Amoro Marketing & Sales, a private limited-liability company under Romanian law, with registered office at Buzau, Dorobanti 2, block B12, Buzau County, Romania.
"Platform" means the (mobile) website and applications owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by hwv.ro.
“User” refers to any person, at least 18 years old, with full capacity, who accesses the website, being interested in the data, information, announcements and/or services of Amoro Marketing & Sales Srl, as well as any person (including authorized person) and/or legal person who purchases the services provided by the Travel Service Provider (host) through the platform.
"Service provider/stay" or “Host” means any natural/legal person or other legal form of organization of a company, which offers its tourist accommodation services within and through the Platform to be ordered, obtained, purchased, paid for, rented, reserved or consumed by Customers. By tourist accommodation services we mean the booking of guesthouses, cabins, traditional houses, chalets, apartments, agritourism guesthouses and any other travel or travel-related product or service occasionally available on the platform for the purpose of booking. The service provider has the obligation to comply with the national legislation in force, regarding the ways in which it can make its services available for the purpose of tourist rental.
"Account" or "User Account" means the user account that any user must create and login to, in order to use the services/functionalities available on the Platform.
"Content" or "Promotional Materials" means any information made available by Users within the Platform, directly or indirectly, including without limitation profile information and any data collected by the Platform regarding current or previous bookings.
"Service" means any and all services and related functionality that we provide in connection with the Platform.
"Client" means any natural or legal person, who, after accepting the terms and conditions of use of the platform, accesses the Platform with the purpose of ordering, obtaining, purchasing, buying, renting or booking the tourist services made available by the Service Providers registered on the Platform.
"Tourist Services" means the various accommodation products and services added by the Tourist Service Provider (host) and can be ordered, obtained, purchased, bought, paid for, rented, reserved or consumed by users.
"Stay" means the accommodation products and services that can be ordered, obtained, purchased, bought, paid for, rented, reserved or consumed by you from the Service Provider.
"Experiences" refers to all tourism services promoted through our platform that can be ordered, obtained, purchased, paid for, rented, reserved or consumed by you from the Service Provider. These may represent special services, flagged and promoted as such in the Platform.
"Booking request" means any request made exclusively through the Platform, with the final aim of ordering, purchasing, paying or booking a service made available by the Service Providers.
"Stay Booking" means ordering, purchasing, paying for, or booking a Stay.
"Property" or "Accommodation Unit" means any construction and/or arrangement intended, by design and execution, for accommodation or catering for tourists, together with specific related services. Tourist reception structures include: guesthouses, cabins, chalets, mansions, traditional houses, glamping, apartments, holiday homes, resorts/complexes, hotels, villas, agro-tourism guesthouses or other units with tourist accommodation functions.

2. The purpose and nature of the platform


"Hwv.ro" is an online platform, (or a computer program associated with a website, available in a software-as-a-service system)through which service providers can promote, sell, or rent their products and services and through which users of the platform can search and book services/experiences.
The representatives of the platform will do everything possible to make the information they display as accurate and comprehensive as possible, with the aim of providing detailed and complete information to users, but they do not take responsibility for the mistakes found in the content. The Service Providers personally administer and promote the services through our platform and thus are fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information, data updating, availability, rates or other information.
Our services are available exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to resell, use, copy, record in any form, save or reproduce any content or information available on our platform for competitive or commercial purposes.

3. Accessing the platform


In general, accessing the Platform can be done without requiring the creation of an user account, but in order to have access to certain functionalities of the Platform, you may need to register.
A User Account can be of two types Host and Customer/Tourist and can only be used with prior acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions displayed in the specific section within the Platform.

In order to create a User Account, it is necessary to fill in some fields with personal information and data such as name, surname, home address, email address, phone number or other identification information. At the time of creating a User Account, you must be at least 18 years old. It is also prohibited to create a user account with false data or belonging to another person, without having a legal authorization to do so. In the event of reports or indications regarding the unauthorized use of personal data and information, we will proceed to suspend the account until the date of resolution of the dispute or if it is necessary to permanently delete it.

In order to complete the process of creating a User Account of the Hwv.ro platform, you will have to follow/obey the instructions received within the Platform or on the email address from the platform administrators. By "instructions" we mean guidance texts, which can often be accompanied by links.

In case of suspected unauthorized use or become aware of any unauthorized use of the Account or any part thereof or any other breach of security, please notify us immediately using [email protected] or by any other contacts made available in the Contact page within the Platform. Hwv.ro is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance with security obligations or good practices indicated in these Terms.

4. Content and use of the platform


All existing information on the Hwv.ro platform consisting of text content, photos, descriptions, logos, slogans, documents, media materials and other such elements, but also everything related to design, infrastructure, technical solutions, functionalities, but also other such technical elements are the property of Amoro Marketing & Sales. It is forbidden to use the mentioned materials in any form, without the written consent of the commercial company Amoro Marketing & Sales.

The Service Provider declares that it owns the copyright to the content published on the platform, including photos, and agrees that it is made available to users by Hwv.ro, on all and any of its online platforms, as well as through other advertising media such as press releases, television, banners, billboards, social media and others.

Also, the Service Provider agrees that Hwv.ro will store information such as email addresses, names, addresses, identification data of the entities it collaborates with - CUI/CNP, registration number at the Trade Register (and others), all these having as legitimate interest the verification of authenticity, the realization of invoicing services (and others), all of which are used according to the confidentiality policy.

5. Display searches and rating system


In order to facilitate searches and the identification of the right Service Provider for your needs, Hwv.ro offers users different search/sort results filters, as well as the possibility to order the search results according to preferences.

Regarding the evaluation system of the services offered by the Service Providers, it will be accessible only by users who have consumed the services of the providers. Thus, service consumers will receive, at the time of check out, an email by which they will be invited to complete the service evaluation form made available by the Service Provider, having the opportunity to provide a score and note the relevant aspects regarding their stay to that property. This aspect is made available to tourists in order to inform future tourists about your opinion regarding the tourist property, but also to help the hosts (service providers) to improve the services offered.

Hwv.ro allows the Service Provider to respond to evaluations. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or remove reviews at our discretion to the extent that they violate our review policy.

The responsible department within Hwv.ro undertakes to make every effort to monitor and remove reviews that include obscenity, mention of a persons identification data, political content, discrimination, mention of other websites or other aspects that we consider inappropriate.

6. The process of booking the services


Reservations within the Hwv.ro platform are made only by reservation request and have a very low risk of overbooking.

Thus, the first step of the reservation process is represented by the identification of the Service within the Platform and the transmission/registration of the reservation request to the Service Provider, with the completion of the necessary and requested data (personal data, check in – check out data, number of people, services requested, etc.). Also in this step, the prices will be calculated by the Hwv.ro system based on the data provided by the Partner and the User's selections at the time of registration.

Please note that the submitted/registered booking request does not constitute a firm or finalized booking.

The second step of the reservation process is when the reservation request is sent to the Service Provider automatically by the system and confirmation of availability is required. The maximum time given to the Service Provider to provide a response to the booking request is a maximum of 12 hours.

The third step of the process is the acceptance or refusal of the reservation request by the Service Provider, in either case the Client/Tourist being notified by email or SMS.

In the event that the reservation request is accepted by the Service Provider, the Customer will receive by mail or SMS, the secure payment links made available through the payment processor. After making and officially confirming the payment, the reservation is considered confirmed and secured for both parties involved in the process (Service Provider and Customer), and the Provider will be obliged to set the period in the availability calendar as occupied. We remind you that the tourist has a deadline for payment of the stay of a maximum of 12 hours from the acceptance of the reservation request by the Service Provider, and in case of non-payment within this deadline, the request will be canceled automatically with the notification of both parties involved, tourist and accommodation unit.

The payment links received by the Client/Tourist as a result of the acceptance of the reservation request by the Service Provider have a maximum validity period of 12 hours, after which they expire and become non-functional. If the applicant (Client) wishes to make the reservation further, he will have to restart the reservation process from the beginning.

The User is notified about the Service Provider's confirmation through the system (e-mail and/or SMS), receiving the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the reservation is not considered complete.

7. Prices


Within the platform, the Service Providers will display the rates in the most competitive format possible. All displayed prices include VAT or any other taxes, except for cases where it is provided otherwise within the platform or in the booking confirmation emails.

All prices are displayed on the platform as a result of personal completion by the Service Providers. We advise you to carefully check the descriptions of the services, their structure, conditions of use, reservation and, last but not least, the existing restrictions before each reservation.

Prices, payment procedures, check-in/check-out rules, cancellation or delay policy, refund policy, overbooking procedure and any other information regarding your stay are set and managed exclusively by the Service Providers/Hosts.

The currency converter has an exclusively informative role.

If there are special last-minute offers, holiday offers, promotions on the platform, they are highlighted and marked in a specific way.

8. Free for tourists


The use of the platform is free for tourists, as consumers-beneficiaries of the services offered by the Service Providers.

The Service Providers will be the ones who will pay hwv.ro a commission from the completed bookings. In these cases, the commission represents a fixed percentage of 10% of the reception price of the service/product. The reception fee regarding the reservation/rental of a property is the price without commissions charged by the owner/administrator of the accommodation unit.

9. Payments


The Service Providers offer the possibility for reservations to be secured/paid either by full payment of the stay or by partial payment (advance payment) of the stay. To make payments, Hwv.ro provides tourists with secure online payment methods through third-party payment processors. Thus, for products and services, Hwv.ro facilitates, through third-party payment processors, the payment of relevant products and services for and on behalf of the Stay/Service Provider. Payment is securely processed directly from your credit/debit card and any payment facilitated by us for and on behalf of the Service Provider and transferred to the Service Provider will in each case constitute a (part) payment of the booking price by you for that product or service.

We ask you to check the conditions, the details of the services and the method of payment before each reservation. Taking these into consideration, you cannot hold Hwv.ro responsible for any charge (authorized, alleged or wrong) by the Service Provider (including for prepaid fees, no-show and cancellation with payment) of your credit card.

By paying/booking a service using the Platform, you accept and agree to the Service Provider's cancellation/no-show policy, which can be found on the Platform web page related to the service.

To make a payment/booking you must have a valid bank card. You will pay the price of a booking through the Platform, which uses Netopia Payments, an authorized payment processor. The terms and conditions of use of Netopia Payments, as well as its Privacy Policy can be found at www. netopia-payments.com.

When you make a reservation within the Platform, you understand that you are concluding a contract directly with the Service Provider, and for any problem or dispute that arises, you will have to address the Service Provider directly, Hwv.ro not being in any way responsible.

In case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, we advise you to immediately report to your credit card provider and then contact Hwv.ro.

10. Cancellation/modification policy


At the time of booking a stay, you accept all terms and conditions imposed by our platform, including the Service Provider's cancellation policies.

The general cancellation policy of Service Providers is available on our platform, on the Service Provider information page, during the booking procedure and in the booking confirmation email.

There are situations where the amounts paid for booking services are not subject to free cancellation or change, but all these will be mentioned by each service provider separately. We ask you to carefully check the details and reservation/cancellation conditions of the service you wish to purchase/book before each service reservation.

Service reservations are made following a payment (in full or in part) in advance and may be canceled without prior notice if the amount(s) cannot be collected on the payment date.

In the event that you will not be able to show up at the accommodation unit during the check-in schedule, please notify the Service Provider, using the data and information available in the booking confirmation, or through the communication channels provided in the user account.

The User can modify or cancel a completed reservation within the My Reservations section of the User Account by pressing the cancel or modify button. The cancellation or modification of the reservation on the Site is automatically transmitted to the Partner through the system.

If the cancellation or amendment without penalty is limited by a term, the cancellation or amendment will be taken into account from the moment it is registered. If the cancellation or modification is penalized according to the policies of the Partner in the booking confirmation, then the penalty amount is the responsibility of the Service Provider and will be deducted from the advance paid. Also, if a reservation is canceled after entering the penalty period according to the Service Provider's cancellation policy, the deposit is non-refundable and belongs to the Service Provider.

During the free cancellation or amendment period, the reservation can be canceled or amended without penalty.

In the event that the User/Tourist does not show up at the tourist property, failure to show up is equivalent to cancellation and the Partner's cancellation conditions apply.

The Service Provider is obliged to notify the Platform and the User/Tourist as soon as possible, if it cannot fulfill its initial contractual obligations, assumed by the completed reservation. In this situation, the Service Provider must provide the tourist with a substitute Service variant of the same level or higher quality, without requesting additional payments. The replacement services must present the same main specifications as the originally booked services (conditions, period, capacity, level of comfort, location of the accommodation unit, distances, etc.). Any additional costs, price differences arising from the relocation of the Service recipient will be borne by the Service Provider. The User is not obliged to accept the substitute Services offered.

If the substitute Services are not accepted by the tourist or cannot be identified and made available by the Service Provider, the latter is obliged to return without delay the amount already paid. In order to refund the amounts paid through the platform, the payment method used at the time of the transaction will be taken into account. In the case of payments made directly to the Service Provider, the amounts will also be returned directly by him in the same way in which it was made or in another way agreed by the tourist and the service provider.

11. Cancellation of reservations by Hwv.ro


In addition to the common cancellation cases presented in point 10, there are also special cases of cancellation of reservations by the Hwv.ro Platform:



  • - The beneficiary of the services (the tourist) does not present himself at the accommodation unit to perform the check-in formalities, except in cases where he notifies the Service Provider of a late arrival.
  • - The beneficiary of the services (the tourist) cannot be contacted by the Service Provider or the Hwv.ro Platform through the contact details provided to confirm the reservation.
  • - At the request of the Service Provider if it has certain data, information or any other type of evidence, from which the possibility arises that the tourist will not honor his part of the contract, by not showing up.
  • - The Service Provider presents evidence that investigations have been started against the tourist as a result of the commission of crimes during the Stay.
  • - The Service Provider indicates data and information that can be proven by evidence, regarding the tourist's intention to use the Services (accommodation unit/experiences) for illegal purposes.
  • - The tourist has not paid for the Services and cannot prove this.
  • - The tourist has made a partial payment (advance payment) through the Platform, and at the time of check-in he does not pay the rest of the price of the planned stay. In this case, the cancellation is made only upon written notification of the Service Provider.
  • - The tourist did not use the real data in the process of booking the Services.
  • - In case of force majeure or in the event of the appearance of economic, commercial sanctions or other legal restrictions imposed without the will of one of the parties by which the contract between the Service Provider and their Beneficiary cannot be respected.

12. Rights and obligations of Service Providers


Rights

Using the Platform as you please, for the purposes for which the platform was developed and made available to users: browsing, documentation, accessing all the functionalities specific to the account type, purchasing, ordering or reserving the services presented in the existing sections of the platform.

You can only maintain one listing per accommodation, but you can have multiple listings for a single property if it has more than one accommodation. Any offer of an Experience is subject to our Additional Terms for Experience Hosts.

As a host, Holiday with Views offers you the right to use the Hwv.ro Platform to make available to all users of the platform, your accommodation services, in connection with tourist experiences or other host services.

If you want to list your tourist services within the platform, you can submit a listing request that the members of the responsible department within Holiday with Views will manually analyze in order to meet our selection criteria. In order to maintain high quality standards and to create a competitive environment within the Platform, Hwv.ro reserves the right to refuse listing requests without providing justifications in this regard. After the vacation stays booked/paid for through the Hwv.ro platform, the Service Providers are entitled to receive the sums from the completed reservations, on the dates mentioned/established by these terms and conditions, after the commission by Hwv.ro.

It is very important to know that after registering on the platform, you are in control of how you manage your property.

Obligations

As Service Providers, you understand that you hold all necessary authorizations and licenses to provide the Services from your Partner/Host account and that you are tax registered under applicable national law. Also, the Service Providers are obliged to fill in the correct and complete identification data in the User Account (according to the existing fields in the completion sections), the type of economic agent (VAT payer/non-payer) as they will be used in the invoicing processes, bank transfers or other activities arising from the collaboration.

You agree that Hwv.ro may issue invoices or similar documents for your services, for and on your behalf, in order to facilitate the correct reporting of charges by Customers.

As a Service Provider, you are responsible for determining and fulfilling your obligations under applicable laws to report, collect, remit or include in the price any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes, occupancy taxes, tourist taxes, income taxes or other taxes.

Each Service Provider is entitled to a single User Account, and the creation of multiple User Accounts based on the same information is prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to promote the Services within the Platform through texts, descriptions, links external to the Platform that can in any sense and manner compete with the Hwv.ro Platform. Also, the Service Providers are prohibited from posting and publishing photos that contain text or graphic elements (logo) that belong to websites or platforms competing with Hwv.ro. When you accept a booking request or receive a booking confirmation through the Hwv.ro Platform, you enter into a contract directly with the beneficiary of the service (client/tourist) and are responsible for providing the Service under the conditions and at the rates specified within the Platform, existing at the time of execution booking/payment.
The Service Providers will pay to Hwv.ro following each completed reservation, a commission represented by a fixed percentage of 10% of the reception price of the service/product or another percentage value established by mutual agreement. The reception fee for booking/renting a property is the commission-free price normally charged by the accommodation unit's owners/managers.

When you accept a booking request or receive a booking confirmation through the Hwv.ro Platform, you enter into a direct contract with the service recipient (customer/guest) and are responsible for providing the Service under the conditions and at the rates specified within the Platform. You also agree to pay the 10% commission (or as mutually agreed upon through the service offering) for each confirmed or completed booking.

Following completed bookings, the beneficiaries of the Tourist Services (customers/guests) can provide reviews and opinions in relation to the quality of the Tourist Service, and these will not be censored in any way, except in cases where they contain inappropriate content, such as content considered discriminatory, racist, offensive or libelous, political topics, which constitute unfair competition or infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party, is contrary to good practice or which in any other way violates any incidental legal provision.

The Service Providers (Hosts) who have been identified as attempts or acts of avoiding the payment of the commission to Hwv.ro, in various forms and by unworthy means, will be irreversibly removed from the platform.

The listing(s) you manage on the Platform must include complete and accurate information about your Service, rates and other fees, policies and any other rules or requirements that apply to your guest or listing. You are responsible for your actions and omissions and for keeping your listing information (including calendar availability) and content (such as photos) current and accurate at all times. We recommend that you take proper care of the Services and their presentation and suggest that you carefully review the terms and conditions of the policy, such as the details of exclusion from the Platform.

The Service Provider is responsible for its own acts and omissions and is also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you allow to participate in the provision and administration of the Services. You are responsible for pricing and setting rules/policies and must describe all details within listings. The prices completed/presented within the Platform will be represented by the reception rates normally practiced by the Service Provider in the online environment, thus ensuring a competitive tariff plan, unless the parties mutually agree, in another way, by contract, postal correspondence, mail or other type of written correspondence.

We encourage good practice, so we advise against giving access to your user account details to third parties. In such situations, Hwv.ro is not responsible for erroneous information, the management of reservations and any other situations of this kind.

You have the obligation to manage your Services listed on the Platform in full, including without limitation by managing the availability calendar, which may be synchronized with the calendars of your own website or other platforms with the same or similar purposes that you use.

The Service Provider is the unique responsible for the veracity of the information provided as a Host, in this sense, Hwv.ro does not assume any responsibility regarding the information provided, especially those regarding the right to accept a reservation or to offer access to your Services. Also, the Service Provider is solely responsible in cases of overbooking.

On the presentation page of the listed Service, it is forbidden to mention other web domains, email addresses, phone numbers or other words or wording that can be interpreted as direct contact data or immoral or illegal data, under penalty of temporary suspension or definitive within the Platform.

It is prohibited to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose by us, or to engage in, encourage or promote any illegal activity or that violates these Terms or any other rules or policies established by us and communicated to the Service Provider.

Hwv.ro does not allow the copying, reproduction, sale/resale or exploitation of any part of the Platform, except with the prior written approval of Hwv.ro.

It is forbidden to carry out phishing, cracking, hacking or other similar activities that endanger the Platform and/or its Users, the server that hosts it, the security of information and any elements in our possession, which we use in order to operate and manage the Platform.

13. Correspondence


By making a reservation, you confirm that you agree to us using the email address or phone number provided when creating the Account, to send you an email/SMS with the Host's confirmation of the availability of the Service in which you have shown interest. We recommend that you keep your booking confirmation at least until after your stay (check out).

At the end of your stay, you will receive an email inviting you to fill in our stay evaluation form, according to pre-set criteria, but you will also have the opportunity to fill in personal opinions regarding your stay experience.

To avoid any communication errors, please ensure that you correctly enter your email address and all other information that needs to be filled in within the platform.

Hwv.ro may use the contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, home address), which were entered during registration/booking, in sales activities (for example, in connection with reservations) or with other advertising purposes. Hwv.ro may refuse to use data and send notifications following a written request from you.

14. Liability


Hwv.ro is in no way responsible for the quality of the services offered and everything offered by the Service Providers, even if they are found on our platform and have been booked and paid for through our Platform. Thus, you acknowledge and understand that any claim for compensation must be made directly to the Service Provider. Also, the Service Provider (Host) assumes full responsibility for the quality of the services, but also for the content and veracity of the information published and/or promoted on the platform.

Within the platform, Service Providers cannot directly interact with tourists, only after confirmation of payment for the reservation.

The Service Providers (Hosts) who have been identified as attempts or acts of avoiding the payment of the commission to Hwv.ro, in various forms and by unworthy means, will be irreversibly removed from the platform.

15. General terms


Hwv.ro has the right to verify, by legal and independent means, the veracity and quality of the services of a Service Provider (host) before starting a collaboration with it.

We reserve the right to delete and/or partially modify the data published on the platform, without prior notice, if we find that they violate the Terms and Conditions, in any way, especially if they have content considered discriminatory, racist, offensive or libelous, constitutes unfair competition, infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party or is contrary to good practice, acts to our detriment, or in any other way violates any incidental legal provision. Also, the platform administrators have the right to modify and/or delete the content of the ads in the situation where they find that the Service Providers have added wrong information, content that does not correspond in terms of quality (grammatical mistakes in the description of the accommodation offer, images tagged with phone numbers, logos, branding or other information that we find inappropriate.)

Hwv.ro has the right to remove/suspend from the platform without prior notice, for an indefinite or definitive period, any Service Provider who commits the following violations: does not pay the amounts from commissions or other services owed to the commercial company Amoro Marketing & Sales, violates the existing provisions in the terms and conditions of use of the platform, does not comply with the imposed quality standards, carries out denigrating activities or brings harm to the image of the platform or any other action that, through its implementation, creates damage of any kind to the Hwv.ro platform. The provider of tourist services (the host) can be informed/notified by e-mail in case of removal/suspension, indicating the reasons for the removal/suspension decision, as well as the legal or contractual provisions violated.

Hwv.ro will send to the Service Providers, on the 1st, 11th and 21th of each month, the amounts from the reservations confirmed and completed through the Platform. The terms may change in cases of force majeure provided by law or other terms are established by mutual agreement with the Service Providers.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution


These “terms and conditions” and the provision of our services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law.

Any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services will be filed exclusively with the competent courts in Buzau, Romania. Consumers of the services have the possibility to bring an action before the courts of the country in which they are domiciled, and an action against a consumer can be brought only in the courts of the locality/country in which he is domiciled.
