The Old House Estate consists of a traditional house that has been restored down to the smallest detail to accommodate 6 people and a new cottage in the immediate vicinity with capacity for 2 people. The two properties are positioned at an altitude of 1060 meters and offer a delightful view of the mountains.
The approximately 60-year-old house has been restored keeping many of the original elements, but changes have been made with new elements to provide guests with the necessary comfort. The property consists of a traditional ground floor apartment that leads out onto a terrace with a view. It has two double bedrooms with beds of 160x200 meters, a shared bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic hob, oven, etc.).
Upstairs is the attic, which has a room with its own bathroom with bathtub. The room has a glass wall so you can enjoy the amazing view of the mountains.
The new cottage has a capacity for 2 people and is equipped with its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Among its utilities are an espresso coffee maker (coffee with beans provided by the house), smart TV, Wi-fi, hot water, terracotta stove, electric convectors with thermostat, hairdryer, grill on the terrace, kettle and 2 hammocks.
The basement has a dining space for rainy or cold moments. The new cottage is not rented separately, but only together with the Old House.
