Iulia Cottage is aimed at those who love and respect nature, as well as those looking for peace and relaxation, away from noise and street pollution, but with easy access from the main road!

Iulia Cottage is a new construction, from 2020, made of calibrated round logs, furnished in a rustic style! The value of the elements that make it up is unique, so we demand respect for everything that exists! It is only rented in its entirety, in a self-catering regime, and you will be alone on a 3000 sqm property, and you must take care of it as if you were at home!

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, open space kitchen, bathroom and hall.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, etc., and from the house you have coffee, tea, natural syrup and various spices at your disposal.

The bedrooms, fully equipped with linen, towels, bathrobes, personal hygiene items, indoor and outdoor slippers. The heating is done with a methane gas heating plant.

The location has a plot of 3000 square meters, surrounded by 25 cherry trees and has a playground for children, a swing, two rocking chairs, a playpen (separate price, requested and paid upon reservation), hammocks, archery, two bicycles ( separate rate, requested and paid upon booking), soccer ball, gazebo with barbecue, oven, stove and kettle.

A stream flows at the border of the land. The cottage is located at the foot of Măgura and Piatra Craiului Mountains, at an equal distance between Bran and Zărnești, in a place where you will only hear the sound of birds, the hum of geese, the bleating of sheep and cows.

In the morning you also have to feed the squirrel Ana, who sleeps in the cherry tree in the middle of the yard, so it would be good if we had some nuts or hazelnuts with us.

Attention! NO loud music or excessive parties are allowed because we would disturb the environment in which the location is located, as well as the neighbors.
